You might be wondering why running a physical brand feels so different from managing an online one. Isn’t business just… business?
Not quite.
Brick-and-mortar brands live and die by location, foot traffic, and in-person experience. Every detail, from store layout to staff attitude, directly shapes sales. If people don’t walk in, nothing happens.
Online brands play a different game. They rely on attention, clicks, and conversion. Your “storefront” is your content, ads, and website experience.
So what should online sellers focus on?
If people don’t see you, nothing else matters. So ask yourself: are you creating content that actually stops the scroll? You want strong hooks, clear messaging, and visuals that instantly communicate value. Not just “posting,” but competing for attention every single day.
When someone lands on your page, do they get it in 3 seconds? What you do, who it’s for, and why it matters should be obvious. Confusion kills conversions faster than bad design.
Getting traffic is one thing… turning it into revenue is another. You need a clear journey:
No dead ends. No friction. Guide potential customers step-by-step.
Guessing will slow you down. What’s actually working? Track:
Ever gone all-in for a week… then disappeared? That kills momentum.
Then double down on what’s proven instead of reinventing the wheel every week.
Online brands win by showing up consistently, not occasionally. The algorithm, and your audience reward reliability.
Do this right, and you stop “trying things”… and start building a system that actually grows your brand.
You’ve probably read things like this before… good ideas, solid advice, but then what? You’re left trying to figure out how to actually apply it to your brand.
That’s where most people get stuck.
What if instead of guessing, you had a clear system built specifically for your business? One that shows you exactly what to post, how to convert, and where you’re leaving money on the table?
We don’t just give advice. We help you build a content and growth engine that’s designed to create attention and encourage interaction with your business. No sales gimmicks.
Just lead with value. If it makes sense to the reader, they will click!
ZonSupport.com Launched November 2017, helping Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify Clients manage their customer relationships. This is an increasingly crowded market with AI solutions launching every day to take over this niche.
So why is it still in such demand? Results matter. Customer service is about generating conversations, getting people onside, and turning frustration into friendship.
We all do it. Chat to a bot and then start typing in “HUMAN” when we find ourselves going around in circles. That’s the first clue you still need humans!
MexicanSourcing.com Launched in March 2021, helping US businesses source products from Mexico.
Most sellers spend five times the purchase price of their products in China on shipping. What if you could reduce that cost by 80%?
Now think about your cashflow. Buy from China, pay FOB, and wait 6 plus weeks. Buy from Mexico and wait less than 1 week!
MySocialz.com Launched in Nov 2024, helping online sellers maintain a strong Social Media presence to support their brand.
Launching an AI business (software) is a money pit! However, once you push through the beta testing and get rolling, it then becomes a strong cashflow.
We subscribe to the mantra AI Plus Human + Extra Awesome in everything we do. Never forget this!
Greg spent 20 years working with corporates in New Zealand and Australia, including Thomas Cook, Rentokil, and American Express, before establishing his own consulting business in 2001.
Originally from New Zealand, his home base is Thailand, between long trips elsewhere.
In 2009, he got the opportunity to do some consulting in Asia. This led to the setup of YourBizInAsia.com. As a result, he moved his base to Thailand and to make it easier to work around the region.
In 2014, he was on a business trip to the US when he came across ecommerce, an area in which he had no previous experience. A colleague had launched an Amazon business, and Greg realized this could be managed remotely.
This marked a very different direction, and he began spending much of his time in the US, ultimately launching ZonSupport.com in 2017.
He was very active in the Amazon world and a speaker at many ecommerce events.
In 2020, Mexico came onto his radar and became his temporary base. He launched MexicanSourcing.com in 2021.
His style is always very much hands-on, and he travelled extensively thought Mexico for 12 months.
As a result, he developed strong, personal supplier relationships in key manufacturing centers across the country. This business is now run under local management.
In 2023, as AI became more mainstream, he read widely and talked to many clients about their pain points. Maintaining a consistent social media presence across multiple channels was a common challenge.
Most did not trust AI, so he set out to develop a solution that only trained on their data, so they had peace of mind.
In 2024, he launched MySocialz.com, another remote business that enables him to spend most of his time back in Thailand, apart from exploring the globe at every opportunity. 76 countries at last count!
